Interview video recordings will be stored on the third-party servers provided by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, or another service provider.

Hiireeis providing services to legal entities, who are looking to conduct interviews to hire people. When you apply for a job with an employer, it is employer’s responsibility to protect your information. By using our website, you acknowledge that It is primarily the Potential Employer who must ensure that your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with data protection laws. Therefore, if you have questions or concerns about the handling of your personal data, you should contact the relevant Potential Employer directly or refer to their separate privacy policies. Candidates may complete a job interview by using our website Hiiree.com which can include information such as work history, skills, experience, abilities, work style and other responses to questions, as well as submissions through a variety of types of media including resumes(word/pdf), video/audio interviews. By using our website and services, Candidates agrees to uploading their video interviews, which will be shared with Employers. Once you accept terms and condition, and give permission to record your video, your potential employer can share that video with multiple stakeholders. If your potential employer is a consulting/staffing agency, they can share your recorded videos with their potential clients, for the purpose of placing you for a new job.

Who does Hiiree share my personal information with?

We may disclose your personal information to the following categories of recipients:

Data retention
